Insight Counseling Centers started in 1985 at a single location. Now, over 35 years later, they have grown to eight centers throughout Middle Tennessee, providing around 5,000 hours of counseling to individuals, couples and families every year.

The work of Insight Counseling Centers is grounded in the compassionate and healing nature of God and the mission to restore lives to wholeness — mentally, emotionally and spiritually. They work toward this goal through spiritually integrated psychotherapy, a unique form of counseling using spiritual resources and psychological understanding for healing and growth.
